Therapy can be a dedicated place to focus on the relationship and find a new path forward. I believe every relationship is unique, and there is no “one size fits all” type of therapy. We will work collaboratively to find the strategies and tools that feel authentic, and fit into your everyday lives.

Areas of Focus: emotional disconnection, building healthy relationships, trauma, attachment styles, sex & intimacy, life transitions, and infidelity.

Individual Therapy Approach

Do you find yourself moving through life on auto-pilot? Are you feeling overwhelmed with thoughts about food and your body? Do you find yourself stuck in a cycle of engaging in the same self-destructive patterns?

Sometimes when we feel out of control in one aspect of our lives, we focus on what we can control. We find ourselves repeating the same relationship patterns, or trying a new diet for the millionth time hoping for a different outcome. We know that we’re doing the same thing over and over, but we can’t seem to break free. We’re stuck.

Together we will explore the patterns you find yourself stuck in, and uncover ways to let go of the things that are no longer serving you. My work with individuals centers on fostering personal growth, increased self-esteem, and connection within your life.

Areas of Focus: trauma, life transitions, people-pleasing, eating disorders, body image, anxiety, and attachment styles.

Education and Experience

I hold my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Before my graduate studies, I spent several years working at an inpatient eating disorder treatment center, which led to my passion for helping clients explore the root of their body image distress, heal their relationship with food, and move towards a body-neutral mindset. I approach my work through a health at every size framework and believe in harm reduction.

About Me emotionally focused therapy

In my personal time, I cherish moments spent with my partner, and our energetic dog, Archie. You can find me exploring the picturesque mountain towns of Colorado or curled up at home watching romantic comedy movies. Life, for me, is a journey of curiosity and compassion, and I embrace each experience with an open mind and kind heart.

Paige sees clients in person and via telehealth using a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform. She has availability Monday-Thursday. Schedule a free 15-minute virtual consultation to connect with Paige and learn more.

I believe everyone deserves a safe space to navigate the challenges and complexities of life. A space where you can show up authentically, and start reconnecting with yourself and those you cherish most. No matter what you are facing, I will be here to support you. I am an evidence-based therapist who approaches my work with warmth, focus, and collaboration.

Relationship Therapy Approach

Are you stuck in a never-ending cycle of fighting that leaves you feeling disconnected? Are seemingly small problems feeling unmanageable in your relationship? Do you find yourself questioning what a “healthy” relationship actually looks like?

I work with couples who crave deeper connection, intimacy, and trust within their relationship. Together we will create an environment that invites new, vulnerable conversations about the things that feel hard to talk about. I help couples navigate “next steps” and life transitions in their relationship. From moving in together, to getting married, or entering parenthood—change can feel scary, even if it’s what we truly want. Or maybe you experienced a relationship-altering event that has left you unsure of how to restore trust and connection.
