Who We Are

Rocky Mountain Relational Therapy is a collaborative psychotherapy practice located in Arvada, Colorado. We offer individual, couple, and family therapy services both virtually (for CO residents) and in-person. Our practice specializes in treating relationship challenges, trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, and more. By using a variety of therapeutic modalities, we tailor our work to each client’s unique needs. 

Our therapists help clients identify hidden issues that may be sabotaging their attempts to make meaningful changes in their lives. We explore the problem beneath the problem. Together, we identify strengths and help you become empowered to take charge of your life, rewrite core beliefs, and cultivate healthy relationships.
