Liz Delaney

Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate, MA, MFT-C · (303) 834-7825

Together, we will work to enhance your connections with both yourself and others. My presence is dedicated to hearing your stories and providing a space you don’t have to mask. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent therapist, I derive great joy from assisting others in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their needs. I will help you develop the skills you need to navigate transitions more effectively and provide you with resources to enhance your ability to cope with intense emotions. Our goal may be to support you working with your brain instead of against it.

In couples therapy, I’m here to support you and your partner(s) in rebuilding trust, strengthening the foundation of your relationship, and addressing the loss of sexual or emotional intimacy.

I work with individuals (from children to adults), couples, and families. My approach to therapy is guided by my love and passion for creativity and connection, utilizing a multicultural and trauma-informed framework. I will stand by your side, encouraging you to discover the keys to your healing that already reside within you.

Liz sees clients in-person and via telehealth using a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. She has availability Monday-Thursday and is currently offering limited sliding-scale rates. Schedule a free 15-minute virtual consultation to connect with Liz and learn more.
