Navigating many of life’s challenges can seem daunting. It’s easier when you have someone there to guide and support you; someone to help you cultivate a relationship with yourself and those around you. I am here to offer you a space where you feel supported, understood, and challenged to explore the difficult and seemingly hard-to-reach places within yourself.

My approach to therapy is holistic, strengths-based, and neuroscience-informed. In therapy, we explore the connection between your mind, body, and spirit, empowering you to tap into your innate strengths and nurture a fulfilling life.

Even within the most loving and respectful relationships, challenges and obstacles are an inevitable part of the journey. I work with couples who desire to cultivate a deeper connection, intimacy, and trust. In our sessions, we will work together to uncover and address troublesome patterns blocking you and your partner from connection and healing.

I also specialize in premarital therapy, offering couples valuable support to strengthen their relationships and proactively navigate potential challenges, ensuring a foundation for a lasting commitment.

Parent-child bonds are among the most important, and as family members grow and evolve, they can experience stress and conflict. I help parents and children strengthen their relationships and create healthier family dynamics. Our journey in therapy will focus on bridging communication gaps, nurturing mutual understanding, and creating a more supportive family environment where everyone can thrive.

My work with individuals (8+) focuses on exploring personal identity, building secure attachment, improving self-worth, and overcoming life’s obstacles with confidence. We will collaboratively explore your inner world, cultivate resilience, and create meaningful change in your life. somatic

I also specialize in working with individuals navigating Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). Uncontrollable worry and anxiety can be overwhelming, affecting your daily life and relationships. Our work together will include exploring the roots of your anxiety, developing coping strategies, and regaining a sense of control of your life.

A word about me personally – in my downtime, you may find me spending time in nature, cuddling with my dogs, reading a good book, binging a new tv show, or connecting with my partner, friends, and family.

I would be honored to start this journey with you!

“My wife and I worked with Jenna after having some big changes come up in our lives. From the start, Jenna made us feel heard and supported. She helped us explore points of contention between us and find ways to work together instead of against each other. Thanks to her, it feels like we’ve rebuilt trust and communication, and are feeling like a team again. We’re so grateful for her support in couple therapy and would highly recommend her.”

“My stress and anxiety were the worst they had ever been when I first reached out to Jenna. I was nervous to start therapy since my past experiences weren’t the best. She made therapy such a safe space for me to open up about my feelings and past experiences. I have new ways to cope with difficult times. I’ve never felt more myself and happy after working through these life challenges with Jenna, especially with my partner and loved ones. I am thankful for the time I spent with Jenna!”
