Through various therapeutic techniques, RMRT therapists work collaboratively with clients to promote self-awareness, coping skills, and positive changes in their emotional well-being and daily life. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and occur on a regular basis, determined by the agreed-upon treatment plan.
